Engineering leads often need to gather information from project trackers, GitHub, QA updates, and team reports to understand delivery progress, recurring blockers, and workload distribution.
Proposed solution
Build a unified dashboard that brings together project status, PR cycle time, review delays, escaped defects, and blocked work. AI can generate weekly summaries, identify recurring bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
Suggested technology / approach
Jira APIs, GitHub APIs, PostgreSQL, a React dashboard, scheduled data pipelines, and LLM-based summarization.
